Venue

The Congress will take place at The Hotel Brussels, located in central Brussels and within walking distance of the Sablon district, an area known for its cafés, galleries, and restaurants.

Check-in: Monday 23 March from 15:00

Check-out: Thursday 26 March

Hotel reception will provide secure luggage storage if you arrive before your room is available.

If you have confirmed additional nights with Courtney, please ignore these dates.

Rooms are arranged via a rooming list submitted to the hotel in advance.

Brussels is easily accessible by both air and rail, making it convenient for delegates travelling internationally.

Airports
Brussels Airport (BRU)

The primary international airport serving Brussels, located approximately 15 km from the city centre.

Typical travel time to the venue: 15–20 minutes by taxi.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL)

A secondary airport located approximately 55 km south of Brussels, used primarily by low-cost airlines.

Typical travel time to central Brussels: 45–60 minutes depending on transport.

Travelling from Brussels Airport (BRU)

Estimated travel time: 15–20 minutesEstimated cost: €35–€45

Train

The train departs directly from Brussels Airport–Zaventem station.

From Brussels Central Station, the hotel is approximately:

  • 10 minutes by taxi
  • 15–20 minutes on foot
Bus

Airport buses operate to the Trône stop, located close to the venue.

Travel time: 35–40 minutes

Travelling from Charleroi Airport (CRL)

Taxi

Estimated travel time: 45–50 minutes

Estimated cost: €90–€120

If travelling by taxi from Charleroi Airport, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and avoid long waiting times.

Airport Shuttle Bus

The Flibco airport shuttle runs between Charleroi Airport and Brussels Midi Station.

Travel time: approximately 55 minutes

From Brussels Midi Station, the venue is approximately 10 minutes by taxi.

Registration opens at 08:00 on Monday 23 March.

Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the WNC registration desk to collect your delegate badge and event materials.
