Dr. Ehsan Latif is a physician and public health specialist with over 20 years of international experience in tobacco control, tobacco harm reduction, and non-communicable disease policy. He is Co-Founder and Director at Centre for Integrative Public Health Management (CIPHM). CIPHM focuses on development and adaptation of evidence based, integrative public health policies that address NCD risk factors and promotion of equitable population health outcomes in low and middle income countries. In his last role, Dr. Latif served as Senior Vice President for Health & Science Strategy and Grant Management at Global Action to End Smoking, overseeing more than US$200 million in grants across nearly 50 countries. A graduate of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, he has advised governments, UN agencies, and global partners on evidence-based strategies to reduce smoking and strengthen public health systems worldwide.
