
Brady Brim-DeForest
Brady Brim-DeForest is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor whose two-decade career spans founding and scaling more than a dozen startups, and advising major global organisations on transformation and AI-readiness. He currently serves as CEO & Managing Director of Late Stage Capital and Chairman of BluShift Aerospace. His early work included pioneering the application of lean product design, Agile development, and autonomous, self-empowered teams in some of the world’s largest enterprises — enabling organisations such as AT&T, Apple, American Express, Caterpillar, Cisco, Disney, Fox, Google, Nielsen and Ubisoft to build and ship products with startup-speed. Brady is an in-demand speaker, mentor and writer on AI, innovation, entrepreneurship and the future of work, and invests in and advises growth-stage companies and entrepreneurs.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Brady is deeply committed to heritage, education and the humanities. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the New England Historic Genealogical Society, the College of Arms Foundation, and various lineage societies. His philanthropic interests include support for the Brim-DeForest Library in Boston, and various early career fellowships in heraldry and genealogy.
